1. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a report of a fire at Colonial Assisted Living Facility at 11722 North 17th Street at 6:58 a.m. on Tuesday. Firefighters also responded to a fire there on Saturday that appears to be accidental. Colonial ALF will be closed until code enforcement staff reviews the repairs and clears the facility to reopen. 2. Police say there was a shooting outside St. Petersburg restaurant Rush Hour Chicken & Waffles left a man in critical condition on Tuesday night. According to authorities an argument inside spilled into the parking lot where a man was seen shooting into a crowd and the victim was punched in the stomach. (WFLA)

3. Tampa’s iconic Fun-Lan Drive-In & Flea Market has signed to Richman Hillsborough Apartments for $11.34 million. The land is to become multi-family housing, according to the county. The apartment paid $5.84 million more than the original purchaser in December. (Creative Loafing Tampa)

4. Actor Neil Patrick Harris, best known for working on the television series How I Met Your Mother, was spotted on Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Iron Gwazi is the theme park’s newest coaster, stands at 206-feet-tall with a 91-degree drop and travels at 76 mile per hour speeds. (That’s So Tampa)

5. Hillsborough County School District is receiving a record amount of funding for mental health services from the state as demand spikes with students for services. The county will use their $8 million allocation to hire more therapists and start a Mobile Response Team to help students in crisis. (Fox 13 Tampa)
