Understanding and Improving Low Back Pain 

Online, Tuesday, March 8, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. 

This program will introduce the common causes and provide options to decrease the frequency and intensity of low back pain, dispel common myths associated with aging and low back pain, and provide safe exercises to mitigate and treat the pain.  

SPARK and Studio Arts Boulder Pottery Class

West Age Well Center, Tuesday, March 8, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. 

SPARK programs are designed for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s, who are accompanied by their caregiver or partner. Participants will learn about three fundamentals of pottery to make functional and whimsical pieces.
