Claiborne Senior Living recently announced the opening of its newest community — The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes — located 461 Newnan Lakes Blvd. in Newnan.
The Claiborne is a 135-apartment community featuring 75 independent living residences, 40 assisted living accommodations and 20 memory care apartments specifically designed for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
All residents of The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes can experience daily activities, social events and outings, as well as delicious meals served restaurant style in elegant dining rooms, according to Amy West with Claiborne Senior Living.
Assisted living and memory care residents will have 24/7 access to nurses and caregivers who will support the residents’ daily activities. The Claiborne’s amenities will include an onsite movie theater, coffee shop, deluxe spa, golf simulator and concierge services.
Claiborne Senior Living is also pleased to announce Tracie Marcou as Executive Director and Amy West as Community Relations Director for the new community.
Tracie Marcou, who will oversee the community’s strategic direction and daily operations, has been in the health care field for 16 years, with a nursing degree, she has worked in senior care for 14 years starting with a Home Health Company.
Marcou has been in senior living for the last six years with experience as a Wellness Director and an Executive Director. She joined Claiborne Senior Living June 2020.
West, who is responsible for sales and marketing at the Community, has been in health care for 29 years with almost 10 of those years being in senior care and five serving seniors in Coweta County.
West has a great passion for seniors and enjoys helping them to find a safe solution outside their home. She joined our Claiborne Senior Living in June of 2020.
