Dover – Delaware State Police Troop 3 is issuing a Gold Alert for 29-year-old Martha Rose Echols of Dover. Echols was last seen on July 10, 2021 at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the south Dover area. Attempts to locate or communicate with her have not been successful and there is a concern for her safety and wellbeing.
Echols is described as a black female, 5’02”, approximately 139 lbs., brown eyes with purple glasses and black hair . She was last seen wearing blue jeans, long sleeve-shirt possibly yellow or peach, white sneakers, and a black baseball cap with NY on it. She may be riding a light blue with gray trim bicycle.
