Nimble Workspaces, which will offer flexible workspaces for businesses of all sizes, is tentatively scheduled to open in September at Redemption Square, 250 Assay St., Houston.
Redemption Square is a mixed-use lifestyle district within Generation Park, a master-planned business and lifestyle community in the Lake Houston area owned by McCord Development, a real estate development and management company. McCord Development will own and operate the new workspace, according to a June 8 news release.
According to Ian Adler, director of marketing for McCord Development, Nimble Workspaces is aimed at providing a ready-to-use work environment for businesses that will offer private offices as well as meeting and conference spaces.
“Over the past few years, we have listened to the market and learned that we are surrounded by entrepreneurs and small-to-medium businesses who are looking for high-quality, turn-key office space for their business,” Adler said in a statement. “Until now, our region hasn’t been able to satisfy that demand. Nimble Workspaces offers an unparalleled amenity set in a headache-free environment with reliable, easy-to-use technology, systems and amenities in which its members can focus, thrive and grow.”
Additional amenities at Nimble Workspaces will include a sound-absorbing podcasting room, a tranquil mother’s room and a 1,500-square-foot Nimble Space for large teams.
Private office membership will start at $725 per month, and day pass pricing will be set before the workspace opens, the release stated.
Additional member benefits at Nimble Workspaces will include networking events, complimentary private Wi-Fi, a covered garage parking, controlled access to the building, furniture, and a hospitality area with a bottomless coffee bar and cold brew on tap.
