OHA weekly COVID report shows outbreaks dropping – Yahoo News

Mar. 4—K-12 schools are seeing fewer COVID-19 cases, according to the Oregon Health Authority’s most recent weekly report, as are other entities such as businesses and child care facilities.

The latest OHA weekly report, for the week of Feb. 21-27, outlined outbreaks in four categories: senior living communities, workplaces, child care centers and schools.

The numbers for Jackson and Josephine counties included:

Senior living communities

Jackson County: Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (103 cases, three deaths), Brookdale Ashland (16 cases, one death), Avamere at Waterford Assisted Living (19 cases, one death), Avamere at Three Fountains (47 cases), Bonaventure of Medford Assisted Living (20 cases), Springs at Veranda Park (16 cases), Rogue Valley Manor (13 cases), Celia’s House in Holmes Park (10 cases), Linda Vista Nursing & Rehab Center (18 cases), Weatherly Court (25 cases, one death);

Avamere Health Services of Rogue Valley (36 cases, one death), Springs at Anna Maria (24 cases), Table Rock Memory Care Community (30 cases), Pioneer Village (25 cases), Pear Valley Senior Living (34 cases, two deaths), Memory Support Center at Rogue Valley Manor (12 cases), Fountain Plaza (18 cases), Village at Valley View (36 cases, two deaths), Alderwood Assisted Living (eight cases), Manor Terrace Care Suites (15 cases), Prestige Senior Living Arbor Place (23 cases), Touch of Grace (four cases, one death), Morrow Heights Retirement & Assisted Living Community (10 cases).

Josephine County: Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (36 cases), Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center (30 cases), Countryside Village (five cases), Countryside Village (14 cases), Oak Lane Retirement (eight cases), Laurel Hill Nursing Center (15 cases), Bridge Assisted Living (29 cases), Suites Assisted Living Community (19 cases, one death), Redwood Terrace (eight cases), Kinsington Place (six cases), Kinsington at Redwood Park (24 cases), Cascades of Grants Pass — The Pointe (four cases).

Workplaces

Jackson County: No active outbreaks were listed in this week’s report.

Josephine County: Josephine County Jail (46 cases); Grants Pass Toyota (11 cases).

Child care centers

Jackson County: No active outbreaks were listed in this week’s report.
