Wealth Enhancement Group to Add $287M RIA Firm – Financial Advisor IQ

Wealth Enhancement Group says it’s acquiring a Florida-based registered investment advisor firm.

The latest addition is Integra Capital Advisors, a firm founded in 1992 by Tom Breiter that now has six additional members on the team, including chief investment officer Brad Campbell, and two locations in the Sunshine State, according to Wealth Enhancement Group. The team has $287 million in client assets, the company says.

While Integra initially focused on investment management, it now offers financial planning, wealth management and retirement income planning services to individuals, families and business owners, specializing in serving suddenly single women and couples preparing to part ways, according to Wealth Enhancement Group.

The firms didn’t disclose the financial terms of the deal, which is slated to close on March 31.

Founded in 1997, Wealth Enhancement Group has been ramping up its assets under management recently through aggressive acquisitions.

The firm was already one of the top RIA acquirers in 2020, according to DeVoe & Co., with just five deals. Last year, meanwhile, Wealth Enhancement Group completed 17 acquisitions, as reported.

The most recent deal brings will bring its assets above $54.7 billion, according to the firm.
