Without robust ESG plans, gold juniors lack resilience – Integra Gold

Salamis spoke to Kitco on Tuesday. Integra Gold is developing its DeLamar gold-silver project in Idaho, U.S.A.

“You shouldn’t be viewing ESG as a, as a cost in the end of the day, it’s really an opportunity,” said Salamis. “I really believe that a company that goes above and beyond on behalf of the community surrounding these mining operations…makes the company much more resilient when it comes time to actually start building and operating.”

What’s Right With This Picture?

Lunch at a restaurant with a friend, live and in person. A restaurant with indoor seating, no masks required for the vaccinated. OMG, After the long year of home-cooking (not much variety there), take-out (fun from time to time, not all the time), and lusting in front of Food Network re-runs, the trip to the restaurant was more than a welcome event.

Every day you can read on social media or watch a video of someone telling entrepreneurs what they “should” be doing in order to make a lot of money in their business. But these are rarely true for everyone. So here are 3 of the top online business fairy tales that need to be busted wide open!

How Do You Develop Your Online Community?

What does your online community really want and need from you and how can you be sure you have it right? The best thing to do is ask them, but in the meantime, here are some things that your online community probably wants from you right now.

After, over four decades, of conducting, many hundreds of personal development seminars/ training programs, I have come to, strongly believe, only, when one, attempts to proceed, in, an OBJECTIVE (as possible) way, can anyone, hope, to become the best, he might, possibly, become!

Why Public Leaders Must SERVE And Represent?

One of the principal reasons, we witness, so – little, achieved, by those we elect, is, instead of living – up, to their responsibilities, to SERVE and represent, their constituents, they focus, on their personal/ political agenda, and/ or, self – interests! How else, can one explain, why, we witness partisan politics, on issues/ matters, which shouldn’t be, such as protecting all Constitutional guarantees (instead of convenient, selective ones), public health priorities, quality health and medical care/ treatment (for all), responsible Climate Change – related, actions, and effectively, addressing, environmental protections, especially, clean air and water? All Americans must, demand, from their…
